One of The Netherlands most charming cities Maastricht is once a year home to the world’s leading art fair; TEFAF Maastricht, a continuously evolving showcase for the best works of art on the market. Here 250 of the world’s leading galleries from 19 different countries present their art. You can view and purchase not only Old Master Paintings and antique Works of Art, but also a wide variety of Classic Modern and Contemporary Art and jewellery. The authenticity of all exhibits is verified by no less than 175 international experts in 29 different categories. TEFAF 2014 is on from the 14th to 23th of March.

Combine the TEFAF experience with a stay at a delightfully charming hotel in a renovated country house just outside Maastricht.
Catch an early morning train from Amsterdam to Heerlen where you will be met by taxi and transferred to your hotel to check in and collect your TEFAF tickets and catalogue.
You will then be transported to TEFAF by private shuttle which takes about 20 minutes to spend the entire day browsing for treasures.
At the close of the fair your shuttle service will be waiting to return you to the hotel to freshen up before whisking you off to enjoy an exquisite dinner in the Michelin star Chateau Neercane restaurant. After dinner return to your hotel for overnight.
The next morning after completing check out procedures you will be transported to Maastricht for another day at the fair. In the afternoon return to the hotel to collect your luggage before catching your train to Amsterdam.
